Certification maintenance

For improving the certification maintenance, the economic agent must maintain and permanently improve its implemented QMS therefore to be assured the conformity with the chosen referential.

To supervise QMS conformity, TQC organizes and develops planned and unplanned supervision audits.

Recertification Audit is an audit done into the territory and follows:

- Client’s QMS efficacy level against the intern and extern changes, its continue relevance and applicability in the certification field;

- The audited engagement by its adopted policy to maintain QMS efficacy maintenance and improvement intending to grow firm’s performance;

- Certified QMS contribution level for the accomplishment of policies and objectives settled by client’s organization.

If into the recertification audit are identified cases of unconformities or missing conformity evidences, TQC will settle the limit term for their treatment in regard of their elimination. The limit term is at least 3 months before the conformity certificate availability date expiration. The unconformities are considered extinguished if the audited transmits „the program of assessed corrective measures” which lead to their elimination in the accepted limit term

If in the settled term aren’t eliminated unconformities and the conformity certificate availability term expired refer to recertification cessation.

The recertification process reinitiating supposes the effectuation of a supplementary recertification audit (stage 2) to evaluate the degree of implementation of the settled measures to eliminate the unconformities settled into the stage 1 recertification audit.
