The three organizational structures assures the impartiality, the appeals/reclamations treatment, take decisions regarding the certification/restriction/withdrawal and are compounded from specialists, representatives of the regulation authorities, representatives of the clients and representatives of the professional associations ensuring the equilibrate representation of the spheres.
The decision of certification granting/extension/withdrawal or not granting, the suspension/withdrawal is notified to the client in maximum 30 days from the settlement date of Certification Committee Minute.
