The present regulation of TQC conformity certification trademark granting and use settles the principles of TQC trademark (emblem) therefore to be assured the avoidance of the abusive or improper use situations

By trademark issuing, the client got the right to use it.

The certificate identifies the economic agent and the product the certification was granted for, the date of certificate getting and its availability period. By TQC tradmark (emblem) issuing, the client gets the right to use it.
