SPECIAL AUDITS (Un-programmed Audits)

The un-programmed audits are generated following some reclamations, response to modifications or supervision audits of the suspended clients executed in the following situations:

- Are registered reclamations regarding the society;

- Are registered major modifications regarding the society’s organizational structure, field of activity, property structure, location etc.;

- The legislative and regulation framework where the respective society’s society is modified;

- Every time there are information regarding some major unconformities existence  in society’s activity;

- To the clients with suspended certificate.

In the case of the un-programmed audits, TQC transmits at least 15 days before the effectuation date, an address to the audited where is mentioned the date, hours and conditions for the un-programmed audit effectuation.

The unplanned audits are effectuated by the development of all the stages of a supervision audit intending to audit only the system elements being the object of its effectuation.
